At TryDetectly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below before making a purchase.
⏰ Order Changes & Cancellations To ensure fast processing and shipment of all orders, cancellations or order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders can no longer be canceled or modified. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trydetectly.com. We kindly ask that you review all product details and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility We only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases: The item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect upon arrival. A return or exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery. You contact us first and receive approval before sending any item back. To begin the process, please email us at info@trydetectly.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
🔄 Exchanges Approved exchanges are provided free of charge. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement item.
❌ Non-Refundable Charges Please note that the following charges are non-refundable: Original shipping charges Shipping protection charges In addition, all approved returns are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
❌ Unauthorized Modifications (Not Covered) Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases: Damage caused by unauthorized alterations or modifications Improper storage, misuse, neglect, or third-party interference Product contamination, tampering, or external damage after delivery
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps: Submit your request by emailing info@trydetectly.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Wait for approval before returning any item. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Send the item back according to the return instructions we provide. Inspection and processing: once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund if approved
💳 Refund Processing If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval. Please note: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping protection charges are not refundable. A $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
